A Great Breakfast Drink!

My daughter is a teenager. It is harder than pulling teeth to get her to eat breakfast! So I have been trying different shake recipes, thinking that if she drinks it she won’t think it’s breakfast.

This tastes okay, but it’s a little sweet.

You can hardly taste the peanut butter at all. Honestly I think I would double the called for amount.

The banana is also faint in flavor.
I think everything is a bit overpowered by the citrus flavor of the lemon juice.

The shake does mix together nicely and is very smooth.
So, I think I would increase the peanut butter and decrease the lemon juice. That would make it taste just a bit better. Not that it’s bad to begin with, just a few tweaks. . .
BANANA PEANUT SHAKE
3 Ripe Bananas, Sliced
3 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
1 Cup Cold Water
1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/3 Cup Lemon Juice
2 Cups Ice Cubes
In a blender, combine all ingredients, except ice. Blend well. Gradually add ice, blending until smooth.
