Creamy Avocado

I do love avocados. They have such a great, unique flavor.



There are also so many things you can do with them. From appetizers to entrees to desserts even! They are a very versatile fruit.



I was not prepared for how good this dip was going to be. Yes, I knew it would taste great, but I did not expect to want to eat the whole bowl full!



The lemon juice helps the avocado stay green. I do hate when the avocado turns brown. It still tastes fine, but it doesn’t look very appealing.



The cream helps keep the dip the right consistency. Without the cream I think it would be too stiff.



The cream cheese and avocado blend beautifully together.



The end result is a dip that is similar to a guacamole. But so much better!



Definitely make this recipe! You won’t regret it!


AVOCADO CREAM CHEESE DIP

6 Ounces Cream Cheese

1 Ripe Avocado

1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice

1 Thin Slice Onion

1/4 Teaspoon Salt

3 Tablespoons Cream

Green Food Coloring


Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Chill until ready to use.
