Eggs Are Gross . . . .

I do not care for eggs. I don’t like the way they smell. I don’t like their texture. There really isn’t anything good about them in my opinion. So I was not looking forward to this recipe.

Thankfully my husband does like eggs. So at least I had someone who was willing to try it.


The flavor was okay. It is packed with eggs, but the cream cheese makes the dip very smooth.

My husband took the leftover dip to work as an egg salad sandwich. The dip was that thick, so it worked on the sandwich.
FESTIVE EGG DIP
8 Ounces Cream Cheese
3 Tablespoons Milk
3 Hard Cooked Eggs, Finely Chopped
2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
2 Teaspoons Chopped Chives
1 Teaspoon Prepared Mustard
¼ Teaspoon Salt
1/8 Teaspoon Pepper
Combine cream cheese and milk in a small mixing bowl; beat until creamy. Add remaining ingredients, mixing until light and fluffy. Serve with fresh vegetables.
