Frittata Or Omelet

The recipe reminds me a bit of the strata I make for Christmas morning every year. But without the sausage I usually add. Or the cheese.



I really do think the dish needed some cheese. Or maybe some vegetables.



It was a little bland, and honestly too salty for me.



I also had trouble turning the mass over. It fell apart almost immediately upon turning.




My husband and daughter really enjoyed eating it. Maybe I am too picky as I don’t really care for eggs all that much.




HASTY OMELET

3 Eggs, Beaten

2 Cups Milk

1 Teaspoon Salt

1/8 Teaspoon Pepper

3 Cups Day Old Bread Cubes


Blend together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Stir in bread crumbs lightly. Turn into a greased heavy skillet. Cover tightly. Cook slowly over low heat until set and lightly browned. Cut into serving pieces and brown the other side.
