Peanut Butter Candy

I don’t think I will ever be able to make this recipe again. It was too good!

Basically, you make peanut butter candy. You will absolutely need a candy thermometer. This is essential to get the mixture to the right temperature.

If you don’t get the mixture to the correct temperature, it will not set correctly.

I lined my pan with parchment paper, then coated it with butter. This really helped when it was time to get the candy out of the dish.

I did not have coating chocolate. I mixed some dark chocolate morsels with a little cream while melting. This gave it the correct consistency to coat the top.

Once the chocolate was on top, I chilled it in the refrigerator for several hours.

The end result was basically a Reese’s Cup.

And it was delicious. Absolutely amazing! And completely addicting!

Melted Coating Chocolate
