Saucy Beans

These beans are very, very saucy. I think maybe a little too saucy. But my family said there was just enough sauce.



So I guess your personal preference will determine for you!



The chili sauce, in my opinion, is just glorified catchup. I am not a huge user of catchup.



I also don’t think spicy when I think of chili sauce. Okay, sure there is a little spice to it. But it isn’t spicy.



I know everyone has different spice level tolerances, personally, I wouldn’t consider this to be a spicy dish.



Don’t get me wrong, it was edible. My family thought the beans were good. . .



SPICY GREEN BEANS

1 1/2 Tablespoons Chopped Onion

3 Tablespoons Fat

1/3 Cup Chili Sauce

1/4 Teaspoon Salt

4 Cups Cooked Green Beans


Cook onion in fat until tender. Add chili salt, salt and beans. Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
