Yummy Boozy Treat!

You can really taste the bourbon And of course, it isn’t baked out, so you can feel the bourbon if you eat a few of these!

I made sure all the chopped ingredients were chopped very small. This helped the balls shape better in my opinion.

The balls are the perfect combination of booze and sweetness.

Honestly quite good. They would be a great addition to a holiday party!

NO BAKE COCOA BOURBON BALLS

1 Cup Finely Crushed Vanilla Wafers

1 Cup Confectioners Sugar

1 Cup Chopped Pecans

2 Tablespoons Cocoa

2 Tablespoons Light Corn Syrup

¼ Cup Bourbon

In a medium bowl stir together crumbs, sugar, pecans and cocoa. Add corn syrup and bourbon; mix well. With wet hands, shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in granulated sugar.
