This dip is super creamy because of all the processing. It is smooth and easy to dip – the chips don’t break!

I did add an extra avocado to the mix. One just didn’t seem like enough.

I am glad I did that! The lemon juice would have been a little overwhelming had I not added the second avocado.

As it was, the lemon juice gave a nice little tang to the dip. The hot pepper sauce gives it just enough heat.

Adding the sour cream prevents the avocados from browning, so the dip stays a lovely green shade, even after sitting out during serving.

I served the dip with tortilla chips. It was yummy!
ZIPPY AVOCADO DIP
1 Large Avocado
2 Tablespoons Sliced Green Onions
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 Cup Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons Sour Cream
1 Teaspoon Sugar
2 Teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
2 Teaspoons Soy Sauce
¼ Teaspoon Hot Pepper Sauce
¼ Teaspoon Celery Seed
¼ Teaspoon Dry Mustard
1/8 Teaspoon White Pepper
Peel avocado and dice into blender container. Add green onion and lemon juice. Blend until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill. Serve with potato or tortilla chips.
